I am a licensed massage therapist in West Seattle focused on providing stress relief, pain reduction, and nurturing support to clients so they can feel great in their bodies and live satisfying lives. I enjoy working with clients over time to help them achieve their wellness goals. Massage calms the body, creates openness, and restores circulation and movement so that the body’s inherent healing capabilities flow.
Beyond massage, I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach and am dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. My approach is specifically tailored to the needs of each client to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them. Time and again I have seen the incredible healing power of our bodies. Please contact me to find out more.
Training
Northwest Academy of the Healing Arts
Training included anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and massage techniques and ethics to fulfill Washington State requirements to become a licensed massage therapist.
Sacred Lomi
Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian healing practice with lineages held by different families. I have learned temple style lomi from Sacred Lomi. This is a heart-centered massage that uses long, integrative strokes along with point work to release anything that is stuck so that people can move in their lives with ease and connection.
Craniosacral
Therapy
Craniosacral therapy uses light, intentional touch to release adhesions and create space in the body. I am learning the Piersman style of craniosacral therapy, which is a biodynamic (rather than biomechanical) style that leans deeply into the body's innate ability to heal and organize itself for optimal functioning. When the body is supported it naturally moves towards balance and efficiency.
Arbor Legacy
Experiential training in family constellation facilitiation - an approach that allows people to address trauma within their lifetimes and lineages, ceremony that connects us to ourselves, community, and creation, and indigenous dreamwork. This training is ongoing - feel free to ask any questions!
